Vacuum Cylinder

Complicated vacuum cylinder required hundreds of vacuum holes milled into the face and joined by diamond shaped channels that also required smooth deburred edges.
Doctor Blade Chamber

Plastic was used in this design to greatly reduce weight for ergonomics and the plastic is impervious to inks and cleaners resulting in a much longer service life.
