Marathon offers 1000’s of parts for the FL Smithe and W&D envelop machines. If we haven’t made the part before then our engineering team will document your used part and give you a discount for helping Marathon expand our parts catalog.

We make all of our parts in house to control the quality and since there is no middleman we pass the savings onto you. We see typical savings of 20-40% over the OEM with considerably shorter lead times. (shafts can be shipped in as little as 24 hours)

Flexible Dies

Gummers for every machine

Our gummers are superior quality:

• Made using accurate and consistent CNC milling.

Send us your die for a tune up. We will resharpen it without breaking the bank.

Print Cylinders

Marathon supplies complete print Cylinder assemblies for every machine, American and German.

We will design a print cylinder to your specifications based on plate thickness and grid pattern.

All of our print cylinders are finish ground on our CNC grinders and are concentric to 0.0002″.
